No doctor-patient relationship

Using this website, calling us, sending a form, or scheduling an appointment does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a RheumWell provider sees you for a visit, in person or by video.

Emergencies

Do not use this website or its forms for emergencies or for urgent or time-sensitive medical questions. Forms are reviewed during office hours, Monday through Thursday, 8am to 6pm, and we cannot guarantee when a submission will be read. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
